In 1967/68 a new synagogue was built by architect Fritz Goffitzer on the spot where the destroyed synagogue had been (Bethlehemstrasse 26). The interior paintings were made by the artist Fritz Frצhlich. On Fridays there are not always ten men for prayers, but the synagogue is also a place where the Jewish community meets.
